I would be honored to be a part of your journey. Everyone’s challenges are different, but you are not alone. My hope is to help you feel more connected, capable, courageous—and most importantly, to remind you that you matter. My passion in life is to help others and make a meaningful, positive impact—both personally and professionally. I have 13 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults across a variety of healthcare settings (schools, hospitals, nursing homes, and crisis services). Throughout my career, I’ve supported individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, addiction, chronic pain/illness, grief, autism, life transitions, and complex family dynamics.
Building a genuine connection with your therapist is foundational to the therapy process. I value meeting each client where they are in their journey. My goal is to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to make you feel safe to explore what is most important to you. At times, you may simply need someone to hold space and offer compassion. At other times, you may be seeking guidance, practical tools, or encouragement to work through difficult emotions or life experiences. Wherever you are, know I will respect where you are at and help you make progress to where you would like to be.
Collaboration is central to my work. Whether you’re the client or a parent supporting a loved one in therapy, I believe that working together is key to creating meaningful goals and achieving lasting change. Above all, I want you to feel seen, heard, and valued.
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker, Board-Certified Music Therapist, and am trained in EMDR therapy. I have received training in and incorporate a variety of evidence-based approaches into my work, including CBT, ACT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, play therapy, and creative interventions such as art and music when desired.
